Meditation to Become Calm & Steady

  • Mudra

    Connect the tips of the thumb and middle finger of the right hand and the thumb and pinky of the left. *Reverse this for traditional female mudra. Fingers point forward, just in front of the nipples.

  • Eyes

    Eyes are 1/10 open, just letting a little sliver of light in. If that’s too tough to start, simply close.

  • And ...

    Breathe normally. To end, inhale and lift both hands a bit and move them round and round quickly, for the legth of the breath. Repeat twice more and relax. Aim to meditate 11 minutes.
